Lonzo Ball Looks Like He’s Spent The Entire Offseason In The Weight Room

Guys, Lonzo Ball has transformed his spaghetti arms to fettuccine arms. Saying Ball has bulked up from his rookie year was a near guarantee seeing as Ball looked like the top guy in every pool chicken fight in history. But he has beefed up, likely starting with the pink dumbbells and evolving to the turquoise ones.

The 20-year-old Lakers guard will be under intense scrutiny during his sophomore year and if he falls short of expectations, it won’t be due to lack of trying.

Lakers coach Luke Walton said Lonzo has been in the gym “every day” whether it was lifting weights or doing core stretching.

Teammate Kyle Kuzma, whose accustomed to jovially ripping his friend in the media, had nothing but praise for his point guard, saying: “His upper body is built like a brick wall now. It’s very impressive to see his dedication.”

Teammate Josh Hart echoed the sentiment: “Obviously you can see that Zo improved his body, you can tell just looking at him from last year to this year how much stronger he’s got, how much bigger he’s got.”

Proof is in the photos:

Is Lonzo Ball’s arm beefy enough for a tattoo? Because everyone knows that only strong, tough men who could beat me up get tatted up. Lonzo up and got a half-sleeve tat on his right arm.

And you thought he was just going to stop at one bad tat? Psst.

Word to the wise: Don’t fuck with Lonzo in a dark alley. Dude’s hard.

P.S. Do you think now that he’s got some meat on those bones, he’ll stop wearing that stupid black spandex t-shirt under his jersey? One can only hope.
