This Alarm Clock Orders Pizza And Counts Down Its Arrival–And What Is Left For Man To Accomplish?

I can’t count how many times I’ve come home completely hammered, ordered pizza, and then passed out with all my clothes on. Twice just this week. I wake up to six missed calls from an unknown number, excited at the prospect of meeting a girl at the bar who was looking for some late night lovin, only to discover that I left the Domino’s dude stranded at my door for 15 minutes.

If I’m ordering pizza at 2 am, there’s a 60% chance I pass out with the TV on and miss my opportunity at cheesy delicousness.

THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!

And thanks to geniuses at Artifact Group, gone are the days of going to bed without eating a full pizza.

Introducing Pizzatime: the alarm clock that can not only be used to order pizza, it can also count down its arrival. The device uses the Domino’s Pizza Tracker API to allow you to order pizza using a knob on the top of the clock to display various options on the LED screen.

The clock setup requires users to input their credit card and address, as well as indicate the toppings for their favorite two pizzas. Once ordered, the clock provides a countdown of how long the pizza will take to be made, and how long it will take to be delivered.

Damn, can this thing file my taxes for me too?

The company has yet to make Pizzatime readily available to the public, but I will be staring at the clock until that day comes.

UPDATE: I recently posted about the alarm clock that makes your coffee, claiming it to be the only alarm clock I’d ever want to associate with. I was lying.
