Amanda Nunes Continues To Beat A Dead Horse, Skewering An ‘Overrated’ Ronda Rousey

It’s been almost a week since Amanda Nunes made quick work of Ronda Rousey at UFC 207, foiling Rousey’s long anticipated comeback in just 48 seconds. Who knows what’s next for the 29-year-old Rousey, but her fighting days may be all but over, especially after her own mother urged her daughter to retire and to ‘let stupid people get punched in the face.’

As expected, Rousey is getting dragged on social media by the gamut of trolls and celebrities who took great pleasure in seeing the fall of a titan. No one was more ruthless than Amanda Nunes, who immediately posted the below to Twitter following her W:

Nunes doubled down in an interview with TMZ, questioning out loud how Rousey ever had success in the sport and repeating that the 29-year-old is overrated.

“I don’t know how Ronda Rousey went too far in this division. Honestly, I don’t understand why those girls lost to Ronda Rousey. I know since my first fight in the UFC I can beat Ronda Rousey, but of course I have to take my time and put everything together. That day was the day to prove to everybody and I did it.”

“Yes, for sure [Rousey is overrated]. The UFC make this happen. They put her in a place where she’s not at. But I know I can beat Ronda Rousey since I saw her first fight.”

Rousey is likely in the basement of her mansion with the lights off staring at the ceiling questioning the meaning of life. Piling it on at this point is just cold-hearted.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
