Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill had some thoughts on the Eagles’ ‘Tush-Push’ play after their recent game, where Philadelphia used it to their advantage in a 31-17 win.

For those not in the know, the ‘Tush-Push,’, or affectionately called the ‘Brotherly Shove’ by Eagles fans, involves the quarterback lining up under center on those crucial third or fourth downs and getting a push from behind by his teammates as he powers ahead to secure a first down. They also use it near the goal line to score touchdowns.

In their game against the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football, the Eagles ran this play four times – three times on fourth down and once on Miami’s goal line. The result? Three first downs and a touchdown.

There’s been quite the controversy around the NFL about this play, with fans and media members calling for it to be banned because it’s so hard to stop.

The truth is, it is just so hard to stop when the Eagles do it.. other teams haven’t had as much success as them because the Eagles have the best offensive line in the NFL and very strong quarterback in Jalen Hurts.

Tyreek Hill, fresh off that game against Philly, shared his thoughts on his ‘It Needed To Be Said‘ podcast. According to him, “It’s one of those plays that they like starting a new wave… it’s a QB-sneak, and it’s very unstoppable.”

Hill continued: “I feel like with their All-Pro offensive line that they got and then Jalen Hurts, who’s able to squat like 600 pounds… then you got A.J. Brown pushing you in the back, you got the tight end pushing you in the back. It’s hard to stop, man. I’ve seen those guys do it on 4th and 2 once and get it, which is crazy.”

Surprisingly, Hill isn’t against it. In fact, he hopes the league doesn’t put ban it. Hill said: “I’m hoping that the league don’t stop it. They shouldn’t, because I feel it’s legal.”

Hill even mentioned that it’s a fun play to watch, and he had a front-row seat to see how the Eagles execute the ‘Tush-Push’ from the sidelines on Sunday.
