Original Story:

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones made his return today after his previous neck injury kept him out for three games, but quickly suffered a non-contact knee injury

He initially seem to injure his knee while avoiding the Raiders’ pass rush in the first quarter, he got up with a bit of a wobbly, and then bam, the second quarter he just fall down without anyone touching him. The injury sent Jones to medical tent and later to the locker room. Rookie Tommy DeVito got the call to fill in for him.

Twitter doctors with suggested it might be an ACL tear. If that turns out to be true, it would be a disaster for the Giants who just inked Jones to a 4-year, $160 million contract this offseason.

The Raiders are currently beating them 21-0, despite having fired their head coach Josh McDaniels earlier this week.

We’ll update later when we learn on his exact injury.
