Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy says she thinks Alex Rodriguez was “looking for a side chick” when he hit her up while he was engaged to Jennifer Lopez.
LeCroy told Craig Conover and Austen Kroll’s Pillows and Beer podcast this week that she repeatedly received DMs from A-Rod while he was with JLo.
“I’m being f****** catfished,” LeCroy says she thought at the time. “There’s no way, the dude who’s dating JLo is not in my DM right now.”
“He kept on FaceTiming you ad nauseam,” Kroll, who had previously dated LeCroy recalled.
“You were like, ‘This m*******’s FaceTimed me three or four times today,'” Kroll continued. “And then he, like, got mad at Madison because she didn’t answer when she was on the boat or something. And she was like, ‘I’m not at f****** your beck and call.'”
“Yeah, I told him, ‘If you’re looking for a side chick, which clearly he was, it wasn’t gonna be me,” LeCroy added. “I was like, ‘hey, I know you got a lot of friends out there…’ I’m wifey material.”
Kroll then claimed Alex Rodriguez sent Madison LeCroy multiple flight itineraries to come visit him in Florida, which she never did.
“During that time, I was not flying to Miami,” she said. “People still don’t believe me. I swear to God, I’ve never, ever seen that person.”
Right around the same time LeCroy says A-Rod was hitting her up, an ex-Playboy Playmate named Zoe Gregory claimed that Rodriguez had been texting her just weeks before he proposed to Lopez.
In March of 2021, LeCroy’s Southern Charm co-star Shep Rose spoke to US Weekly this week and claims A-Rod made Madison sign an NDA to prevent her from leaking any of their DMs.
Shortly thereafter, Jennifer Lopez broke off her engagement to Rodriguez.
“The Madison LeCroy scandal was the reason they finally broke up. There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed by it,” a source told Page Six at the time.
Alex Rodriguez’s spokesman, Ron Berkowitz, responded to Madison LeCroy’s claims, telling Page Six, “Her 15 minutes of fame are up, and she is trying get a 16th minute. Please stop wasting everyones time with these false narratives. They were false two years ago and continue to be false.”
