In what is obviously a very wise move, KISS FM, a radio station in Milwaukee, has banned the playing any Drake songs for the entirity of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals to avoid his very real and ultra-devastating curse swallowing up the Bucks.

They’re even banning all songs where Drake is just a featured artist.

Why? Because, as Drake has proven over the years, almost every sports team even remotely associated with him fails to live up to the hopes and expectations of their fans.

It happened to Alabama. It happened to the Maple Leafs. Heck, it happened to pretty much every NFL team in the playoffs this year.

And now, because apparently Drake has finally figured out how to weaponize his curse to benefit the Toronto Raptors, KISS FM is taking no chances.

“We gotta get the Drake curse away from us,” said Alley Faith, a KISS FM DJ.

So far the KISS FM ban on Drake songs, which has since been joined by 105.7 The Fan in Milwaukee, appears to be working as the Bucks took Game 1 over the Raptors 108 to 100 to jump out to an early series lead behind the dominating play of… Brook Lopez? Yep, that’s what the box score says.
