As any real Paige Spiranac fan knows, the popular golf influencer’s favorite filming location is sitting on the bed in her bedroom.
Why that is her favorite location for filming is a mystery. Surely, she can afford to have a better backdrop to her always viral videos. Anyway… whatever the reason, she’s back in there with her picks for this week’s PGA Championship.
“It’s PGA Championship week at Oak Hill and let’s talk about some of the biggest names and why you should or shouldn’t pick them,” Paige begins the video.
“Let’s start with world number one Jon Rahm. Not a lot of cons, a ton of pros, obviously not great value. He is the favorite here and for good reason. He is a safe bet to get it done at the PGA Championship.
“Next up we have Scottie Scheffler. Oak Hill is a ball striker course. Scottie knows how to hit a golf ball, but can he putt. That’s the only thing that can hold him back from winning this championship.
“Xander Schauffele is next and he is my pick to win this week,” Spiranac revealed. “He has the game to get it done and I’m actually surprised he hasn’t won a major yet.
“We got Rory and this course sets up perfect for him, but, you know what, I’m not picking him. I am done picking Rory because it always burns me in the end.
“Brooks Koepka is a favorite and for good reason. He had a great showing at the Masters, game is trending, everything is going right for Brooks right now. He’s a good pick.
“Viktor Hovland, I pull for Viktor Hovland all the time. It’s just like Rory. I will pick him, thinks he is going to get it done, and then he doesn’t. So, just like Rory, I am not picking him again.
“And last up is Adam Scott. When I was looking around doing some research, everyone has been picking Adam Scott. He has great value. He has the game to win. He has won majors before, but this one’s a bit of a surprising one for me, so if you want to take the gamble I’d go with Adam.”
