Coaching Legend Pat Summitt’s Knoxville Lake House Is For Sale And It Has All The Fixings Of An Ultimate Bro Pad

It’s been exactly one month since coaching icon Pat Summitt passed away after being diagnosed with Alzheimers–an irreversible brain disease–five years prior.

The Hall of Fame coach left behind a legacy that consists of eight National Championships, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. She also left behind a dope ass Knoxville, Tennessee lake house.

The 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has recently hit the market for $1.225 million, and includes a game room, a recreation room, a pool and hot tub, and outdoor kitchen, and a full outdoor pavilion with a stone fireplace.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
