Apparently a tire blew out and somehow caught the bus on fire. It was reported that Miley was not on the fire bus, but her mom Tish was and no one was injured. Her little sister Noah chronicled it all on Instagram video, of course. Amazingly, Miley has made no comment on Twitter yet regarding the incident.
