Jennifer Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman star in a new movie coming out on June 23rd titled No Hard Feelings.

The film features Lawrence (who also produces) as Maddie, a woman looking for a way out of her financial troubles.

She thinks her problems are solved when, according to the movie’s synopsis, “she discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to ‘date’ their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy (played by Feldman), and bring him out of his shell before he leaves for college. But awkward Percy proves to be more of a challenge than she expected, and time is running out. She has one summer to make him a man or lose it all.”

During a recent promotional interview with People, Jennifer Lawrence, 32, and Feldman, 21, talked about being naked and the “weird” non-clothed scene in their new movie.

“Deep breath and then I disrobed,” Lawrence revealed.

“Yeah, that’s kind of … it. I never second guessed it,” Feldman added.

Feldman also admitted that he was equally as nervous to strip off his clothes, saying it was “definitely a weird and uncomfortable thing to do for any human being on the planet Earth.”

“Much like everything in this movie, you just have to do it, and then it will be done,” he continued.

To which Jennifer Lawrence chimed in, “Because you’re being forced to.”

“It was also raining so that was, I was like, hope I don’t, you know, die, but it was fun,” he continued.

His scene involved him being naked on the hood of the car, after Maddie took Percy skinny-dipping at night and their clothes are stolen, which he says did provide some “cover.”

“You know, the sort of crucial part of my junk was up against the hood so I didn’t really have to worry about that. So that made it easier actually.”

Lawrence also told People one of the reasons she chose to get involved with this film is because, “I guess I like cringe humor. I do like the idea of comedy that makes people uncomfortable. I love when people are watching through their hands, through their fingers. Nothing makes me happier.”
