Hundreds Of Limited-Edition Post Malone Cups Were Stolen From A Raising Cane’s

Post Malone has done pretty well for himself since “White Iverson” launched him into the musical stratosphere in 2015, and while he can certainly afford to enjoy the finer things in life, he also has some fairly relatable interests.

The singer has a well-documented love of Olive Garden (he once told Jimmy Fallon it’s his favorite restaurant), and while he could theoretically pair his meal with the personal brand of wine that’s produced at a vineyard in France, he’d probably be just as happy to wash down some unlimited breadsticks with a Bud Light.

Part of the reason Post Malone has racked up an estimated net worth of $45 million is the bevy of sponsorships he’s landed over the years (including one that spawned a fairly hideous but wildly popular pair of Crocs), and in 2023, he expanded his branded domain after linking up with the chicken fingers empire that is Raising Cane’s.

Earlier this month, the chain announced a campaign featuring four limited-edition cups featuring Post Malone’s likeness that will drop every couple of weeks over the course of the summer.

The first batch debuted on June 21st, and according to XXL, the already limited supply got even smaller courtesy of a robbery at a Raising Cane’s location in Houston.

The heist in question unfolded at a store located in The Galleria Mall on June 22nd, as the outlet says a police report was filed listing a number of items with an estimated worth of $6,150—including 249 of the cups in question.

A number of those cups have been listed on eBay for around $20, so while it’s not entirely clear how much they were worth to the store, the thief in question could be looking at a very solid payday if they’re able to figure out a way to move the almost 250 plastic cups they pilfered.
