Minnesota advanced to the Frozen Four with a wild goal at the buzzer

It’s not often we talk college hockey here. It’s not often we talk buzzer-beating goals either. Last night, Minnesota advanced the NCAA championship with a shorthanded goal with 0.6 seconds left. One of those moments that need to be seen to be believed.

As exciting as that was for Minnesota, man, what an ugly defeat for North Dakota. Shorthanded, busted play, goal sneaks in from the goal post. Wow, just wow.
