This is so much better than a COPS episode. When police body cameras become more and more of the norm for law enforcement around the country, I expect more and more videos like this to go viral. The content with drunk idiots like this in college towns like Spokane is everywhere.
This kid is literally given every single chance in the world to *NOT* get arrested. But he goes full clown on the cop, presumably resulting in his arrest and an assaulting an officer charge:
Body camera footage released by the Spokane Police Department Wednesday shows how Sgt. Eric Kannberg was dealing with one drunken individual when another person approached him and intervened. During the incident, went on for nearly four minutes, Kannberg asked the individual to step away from him multiple times and, at one point, the man hit the officer’s hand. Eventually, after running down the street, Kannberg caught up with him and took him into custody.
What an idiot.
