Dare I Say Iman Shumpert’s Rap About ESPN’s ‘First Take’ Is Kind Of Fire?

For someone who’s averaging 6.5 points on just over 23% shooting in the first two games of the NBA Finals, Iman Shumpert seems to have no problem keeping his spirits high.

Shumpert took some time away from preparing for the biggest series of his young life to record a rap over the ESPN First Take beat, and it was used in place of the original opening song today on the show.

Stephen A. Smith’s review of the song: “He’s was aight.”

What you bros think? Fire or never pick up a fucking microphone again?

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
