A 44-year-old YouTuber has revealed his body transformation results after spending three years doing Saitama’s viral One Punch Man workout every single day. He began relatively skinny but still having visible belly fat. His results now, at 44 years old, are incredible.

For those unfamiliar, the One Punch Workout is something the Manga character Saitama does in the show. Each day it consists of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10K run. That covers a lot of bases in the fitness world as you can see.

Japanese YouTuber Does ‘One Punch Man’ Workout Every Day For 3 Years (Results)

For many people, it is hard to fathom being in the best shape of their lives after 40-years-old. I was certainly in that boat until last year when a friend turned me onto MacroFactor and I got in the best shape I’ve ever been in while losing nearly 50 pounds and building muscle by lifting 4x a week + cardio. If you haven’t read my series on MacroFactor, check it out!

It’s unclear how much diet impacted this YouTuber’s body transformation but I have to think he ultimately increased his protein intake by a lot throughout the three years. Because his muscle growth is incredible.

The YouTuber, Tasuke, shared his results in a recent video and pictures of his before and after immediately went viral across the Internet. Dexerto picked up the story via Japanese outlet Yutura which was one of the first publications to glom onto the news. The One Punch Man account on X was so impressed by his results they shared it to their 800K+ followers:

His video is in Japanese, as he is Japanese, but you can turn on the closed captions in English for a translation. And you are still able to see his body transformation results just by scrolling through the video:

According to Dexerto, Tasuke began the challenge at 41-years-old and 164-pounds. He spent 1,096 consecutive days doing the One Punch Man workout of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10K run every day, completing his goal on April 20th. In total, he ran 10,960 kilometers or 6,810.23 miles. and completed 109,600 reps of each workout. That is straight-up beast mode.

As I don’t read Japanese (yet), I’m unclear as to what his weight is following the body transformation but the One Punch Man workout results speak for themselves. Any 44-year-old on earth would be thrilled to have a physique such as that.

Tasuke is not the first person to undergo a body transformation through the Manga One Punch Man workout. The ‘100 Days’ YouTube account spent 100 days at it a few years ago and the results were impressive as well:

My personal takeaway here is that committing to something, anything, with consistency will yield results. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is an impressive physique. Pick a solid workout routine, here is my advice if you are interested, and stick to it.
