Golf influencer Paige Spiranac is back with another one of her popular instructional videos.

This time around, Spiranac shares the pre-round warm up she does before she goes out on to the golf course.

What makes this particular instructional video unique from all of her others is the unusual choice Paige Spiranac made to not speak a single word during the entire six minute, 48 second long video.

Instead, it’s just elevator music and some text captions as the camera follows her around demonstrating how she gets ready for a round of golf.

First, the captions lay out her plan: chipping, putting, and range work.

She begins with 8 to 12 standard chip shots, followed by 8 to 12 tough lies, 8 to 12 fringe shots, then 5 to 8 up and downs.

Paige then breaks out her putter and starts with the “3 foot-6 foot-9 foot drill” (making 15 3-footers, nine 6-footers, and six 9-footers), then practices 20-foot-plus lag putts before heading over to the driving range.

On the range, Spiranac starts with alignment rod setup, then pulls out her 54-degree wedge and hits 15 to 25 shots. Next she hits 10 to 20 shots with her 9-iron, 8 to 12 shots with her 7-iron, and 8 to 12 shots with her 5-iron. Then she takes 5 to 10 swings with her 3-wood and finally, she busts out her driver and strokes 6 to 12 shots with it.

If you liked those tips from Paige Spiranac, she has also in the past shared instructional videos on topics such as how to hit the most difficult bunker shots, how to hit the scariest short game shots in golf, and how to hit a fade.

Paige Spiranac also posted another helpful video on Thursday with the help of her new BFF PGA Tour pro Bryson DeChambeau on how to generate more speed with your golf swing.

Bonus: in this one she, and Bryson DeChambeau, actually talk!
