Silicon Valley tech companies are known for paying their employees pretty well, but Facebook’s employee median salary of more than $240,000 tops them all, and by a lot, according to new report.

$240,430 to be precise, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s analysis of public company filings in the Bay Area.

That salary number for Facebook is made even more impressive by the fact that it is $43,000 more than what Alphabet Inc. (the parent company of Google) pays their typical employee.

Some of their other findings include…

— Publicly traded software companies like Facebook, Google, Netflix, Twitter and Box are all over the top half of the list when it comes to highest employee pay.

— Silicon Valley semiconductor companies, such as Intel, Cypress Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices, are on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to pay because much of their workforce is in manufacturing.

Here are the big Bay Area tech employers that pay their employees the most, and least, plus what the CEO of each company also takes home.
