The First Trailer For ‘The Mandalorian’ Season Two Is HERE!

Disney

It’s finally here: the first, albeit brief, trailer for The Mandalorian season two has arrived.

Seemingly picking up right where the epic first season left off, season two of the hit Disney+ Star Wars series will see Din Djarin traverse the galaxy as he tries to reunite Baby Yoda with his own race — a race of “sorcerers called Jedi” that just so happen to be an ancient enemy of the Mandalorian race.

Mando is obviously more committed to Baby Yoda than ever, as he drops what’s clearly going to be the tagline for this upcoming season: “Wherever I go, he goes.”

Season two of the hit Disney+ series is set to be even bigger and better than the first, as it’s been confirmed that Temuera Morrison will be returning to play iconic bounty hunter Boba Fett and that Rosario Dawson will be joining the cast as The Clone Wars fan-favorite Jedi Ahsoka Tano. Additionally, Timothy Olyphant is set to appear in the upcoming season as Cobb Vanth.

Expectations for the series are certainly high, as season one garnered 15 Emmy nominations, including a nomination for Outstanding Drama Series. Plus, 2020 is set to be the first year since 2014 that Disney isn’t releasing a Star Wars film, making The Mandalorian the only live-action property in the franchise (which is one of Disney’s most valuable, by the way) to be released this year.

The season two premiere of The Mandalorian will hit Disney+ on Friday, October 30.
