Two Hotties Could Face Life In Prison After Smuggling $30 MILLION Of Cocaine On Luxury Cruise Ship To Australia

See those girls pictured above, bros? They look like a couple of attractive, well-intentioned females that you wouldn’t hesitate bringing home to the parents. Hell maybe one of you dirty dawgs reading this has done just that (fist bump, bruh). But don’t let that All-American girl look and Crest smile fool you. These girls may face life in prison after falling victim to the largest drug bust Australia has ever seen on a boat or plane.

Melina Roberge and Isabelle Lagace, both 20-somethings from Quebec, have spent the last two months galavanting around the world aboard the MS Sea Princess, a luxury cruise ship that costs $20,000 a ticket.

The two girls, one of which works at the Pandora jewelry store in downtown Montreal, documented their trip heavily on Instagram, posting pictures getting tattoos in the French Polynesia to going four-wheeling in Peru.

Well their dream trip was brought to a halt after Canadian Border Service Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security tipped the Australian authorities off to these “high-risk travellers.” When they pulled into an Australian port, they were met by border agents, the Australian Federal Police, and sniffer dogs waiting, according to The Star.

A search of the ship’s nearly 2,000 compartments allegedly lead to the discovery 200 pounds of cocaine in the suitcases of Isabelle, Melina and a 63-year old man named André Tamine (who has yet to be tied to the two girls), totaling an estimated $30.5 million.

Authorities are currently trying to decipher the origin of the drugs, but are focusing in on the ship’s stops to two cocaine giants, Colombia and Peru. It is believed that the women (and man) were smuggling the drugs to Australia for its reputation for having exuberantly high local cocaine prices, a transaction that, if successful, would have amounted to an insane payday for all.

“The maximum sentence for this charge is life in prison,” the Australian Border Services said in a press release, but will likely lead to other higher-profile arrests which could lessen their sentences significantly.

I’m not trying to generalize here but something tells me that a girl who looks like this probably won’t be prepared for the rigors of prison, especially on the heels of a vacation cut out for a princess.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
